Domain locking prevents unauthorized transfers. When enabled:

Your domain cannot be transferred to another registrar.

You can still update DNS records and renew your domain.

Transfers require you to manually disable the lock in your Client Area.
You can toggle domain lock in Domains > My Domains > Manage Domain > Registrar Lock.
