If your website or server is not responding, restarting services may help:
Via WHM:

Log into WHM.

Go to Restart Services.

Select the service you want to restart (Apache, MySQL, Exim, etc.).
Via SSH:

Apache:
service httpd restart -
Nginx:
service nginx restart -
MySQL:
service mysql restart
Only restart services if you know the cause of the issue.
